COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) _ Two people injured in the collapse of a barn frame under construction at Texas A&M University have been released from the hospital.
St. Joseph Regional Health Center spokesman Tim Ottinger said Sunday afternoon that one person, a 35-year-old, remains in critical condition after Saturday’s incident. Two 22-year-olds who were hurt have been released.
Four workers were hurt after the barn frame crash at an $80 million equestrian complex under construction.
Twisted metal beams could be seen at the site. Ground on the project was broken last fall.

Four construction workers are hospitalized after the roof collapsed at a large barn on the site of the new A&M Equine Center Saturday morning.
Bart Humphreys of the College Station Fire Department (CSFD) says the injured fell approximately 35 feet and landed on top of the debris following the collapse.
Humphreys says three of the four were transported in critical condition to St. Joseph Regional Health Center and the fourth was taken in serious condition to College Station Medical Center.
Humphreys says after the four workers were rescued, cranes were brought in to stablize the remainder of the building that was still standing in order to conduct a secondary search. No other victims were found.
Humphreys says the injured were elevated as they were tying together steel pieces to the roof of the 300 foot long barn.
The location was on the $35 million dollar first phase of A&M’s $80 million dollar equine complex.
