Five Arrests At A Bryan Apartment Complex

Four men are accused of breaking into a locked Bryan apartment west of Blinn College Sunday afternoon.

And the apartment resident was arrested for the second time in four months on a misdemeanor charge of possessing marijuana.

The resident of the College Edge apartments told Bryan police officers that he locked himself in his bedroom, hid under a pile of blankets, and called police after seeing two of the men trying to open the front door.

According to the arrest report, a bottle of whiskey and a vape pen were taken.

Out of jail after posting $10,000 dollar bonds following their arrest on burglary charges were 19 year old Truman Garza of College Station, 18 year old Ryan Young of Lovelady, and 20 year old Deundre Simon of Lovelady.

Still in jail in lieu of bonds totaling $14,000 dollars on charges of burglary and unlawful carrying of a weapon is 18 year old Henry Davidson of Crockett.

The apartment resident, 21 year old Michael Jacob Hernandez, is out of jail on bonds totaling $2,350 on charges of having marijuana and a scale in his bedroom.
