Bryan firefighters spent 30 minutes early Wednesday morning (August 27) getting a business fire under control.
Deputy fire chief Jordan Gallagher said there was building damage as well as the loss of property at Polaris Fun Center on South Texas.
Firefighters from all five stations responded to the fire at the rear of the building.
Gallagher said the first call of smoke came at 2:45 a.m. and the fire was under control at 3:15.
One firefighter sustained an ankle injury after a water hose exploded.
Bryan police reported Texas south of Coulter was closed until 5:30 a.m.
