Family Violence Arrests In College Station And Bryan

College Station police arrest a separated couple for assaulting each other. CSPD arrest reports say officers responded to a disturbance at the former husband’s home Sunday (August 31) (SUN) just before two a.m. 30 year old John Hepworth is accused of putting his hands around the neck of 28 year old Madelyn Hepworth. After that, Madelyn Hepworth is accused of getting into her vehicle and hitting John, which resulted in an ankle injury. Neither of the arrest reports mention either one was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Madelyn Hepworth is out of jail after posting a $5,000 dollar bond. John Hepworth was still in jail as of September 2nd in lieu of an $8,000 dollar bond.

A Grimes County man is in the Brazos County jail for the fourth time in seven weeks. 31 year old Kentray Mosley of Bedias was arrested by Bryan police for violating a protection order a third time last Thursday (August 28) after he was arrested for family violence assault on July 11th. The BPD arrest report says after Mosley entered the victim’s home without her permission, she was able to text 9-1-1 from another room asking for police. Mosley was also arrested for violating the protection order on July 23rd and July 27th. He is held in lieu of bonds in the six cases totaling $145,000 dollars.
