College Station police are looking for two men involved in what was originally reported as a hit and run accident Thursday morning around 6:30 a.m.
According to the report, the victim, driving a motorcycle was travelling west on University Dr. E. near the intersection of Spring Loop when a red Jeep Liberty pulled into his lane.
The victim and driver exchanged words and gestures, but the victim continued west until he was in the area of University and Ireland St.
He says the suspect’s vehicle intentionally moved into his lane striking his leg and tailpipe with the tire, causing the motorcycle to fishtail. The victim regained control and was able to get away from the suspect.
The suspect and passenger were described as:
Driver – B/M, around 5′-6″ to 5″-8″ in height, slim but defined build, around 140-150 lbs.
Passenger – B/M, around 5-10″ to 6″ in height, with a medium build. around 160-165 lbs.

On July 7th, 2016 at about 0635 hrs, Officers were dispatched to what was originally reported as a hit and run accident. Officers made contact with the victim who advised that he had been struck by a vehicle. The victim explained that he was travelling west on University Dr. E. near the intersection of Spring Loop on his motorcycle when a red Jeep Liberty pulled into his lane as it entered traffic. The victim and the suspect began to exchange words and gestures. The victim continued west until he was in the area of University Dr. and Ireland St. At this time, the suspect vehicle intentionally moved into his lane in an attempt to strike the victim or force him to vacate the lane. The suspect struck the victim’s leg and tailpipe with his tire and caused the victim’s motorcycle to fishtail. The victim was able to regain control of the motorcycle and did not crash.
The victim was able to get away from the suspect and contact CSPD for assistance. The victim was not injured and only had red marks on his leg. Officers checked the area for the suspect vehicle but were unable to locate the Jeep. The Jeep was described as a red Jeep Liberty with a red rag that appeared to have been taped to the taillight. The suspect and passenger were described as follows:
