A College Station woman is back on the streets following her arrest for driving with a suspended license for the 15th time.
24 year old Lashonda McCrary was stopped by a College Station patrolman Wednesday evening near her home at Manuel and Dartmouth. The officer says he saw McCrary running the stop sign as she turned on Dartmouth.
As McCrary was getting a warning for running the stop sign the patrolman learned her driver’s license had 14 different suspensions. Three of the last four infractions were due to having no insurance.
While McCrary was arrested for driving while her license was invalid with a previous conviction, she is out of jail after posting bond.
McCrary found a friend to take her car from the traffic stop, avoiding a tow.
