Crash Knocks Out Traffic Signals For Four Hours At Harvey Mitchell & Holleman

A single vehicle crash at a busy College Station intersection during Thursday afternoon’s commute snagged traffic for more than four hours.

College Station police report a car driven by 18 year old Kevin Cornejo of College Station struck a utility pole at Harvey Mitchell and Holleman.

That knocked out traffic signals from four until after eight p.m.

The driver, who was arrested on charges of possessing Adderall and Ecstasy, was taken to the hospital and admitted for treatment of injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.
