A College Station woman is arrested this week following a dog rescue last November.

That’s according to a post on the College Station police Facebook page.

Last November’s execution of a search warrant led to the discovery of six deceased dogs and the capture of 18 dogs inside and outside a residence.

All living dogs were taken to the Aggieland Humane Society for further evaluation.

A review by CSPD’s criminal investigations division led to Wednesday’s (January 14) arrest of 66 year old Doris Ragston on a charge of cruelty to non livestock animals by failing to provide.

Ragston is out of jail after posting a $4,000 dollar bond.
