Bryan police arrest a local woman on charges of illegally obtaining 510 prescription drug pills over a 20 month period.

According to the BPD arrest report, a member of BPD’s drug enforcement team tracked the woman contacting police five times in two years to report her prescriptions were stolen. The officer also traced her history of contacting doctors and pharmacies in getting multiple prescription refills.

The arrest report also stated the woman has a history of reporting her medication lost and/or that other people came into the pharmacy and picked up her prescription but never gave it to her.

25 year old Avery Baker of College Station is out of jail on bonds totaling $48,000 dollars following her arrest on six counts of prescription fraud involving 450 Alprazolam and 60 Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen pills.
