College Station Police Respond To A Business Burglary And A Vehicle Theft

The owners of a College Station nail salon notify police around three in the morning Wednesday (July 30) that they are watching security video of a stranger inside their business. CSPD’s Facebook page says officers arrived in time to find someone walking then running away. The suspect was caught a short time later and a 16 year old was arrested for burglary and underage possession of a gun. Officers determined the teen got into the nail salon by kicking through drywall from an adjacent business that an unlocked door.

College Station police issues another reminder to lock your vehicle and not leave keys or valuables inside. CSPD’s Facebook page says officers responded Tuesday night (July 29) to a woman who reported her vehicle was stolen but she was tracking it because it is equipped with a GPS device. The vehicle, which was found abandoned and rummaged through, was returned to the victim.
