College Station police is again reminding motorists to not leave valuables inside their vehicles.
That follows reports of four vehicle burglaries at two city parks on Tuesday (May 20).
The reminder, originally posted on CSPD’s Facebook page, also includes locking vehicles.
A CSPD spokesman told WTAW News that all of Tuesday’s victims did have their vehicles locked.
Thieves forced open front windows to gain access and took among other things, credit and debit cards and other personal identifying information.
Three victims were at Lick Creek Park and the fourth victim was at Central Park.
