College Station police posted on its Facebook page, a size eight and a half shoe.

The Air Jordan belongs to someone who ran away Monday during the midnight hour (June 30) after being accused of being in a stolen car and burglarizing vehicles in The Barracks neighborhood.

CSPD reported the person who lost their shoe “hopped a fence, climbed up on a roof and disappeared into the night.”

At least three suspects ran away after the stolen car they were in stopped on a dead end street.

One of two who were arrested, 18 year old Jatarius Ashley of College Station, returned to the Brazos County jail for the third time since last December.

Ashley and an unidentified person under the age of 17 were arrested for vehicle burglary and evading arrest.

At the time of Ashley’s arrest, he was on probation after pleading guilty to resisting arrest last December.

Ashley was released from jail after posting bonds totaling $8,000 dollars.

The Facebook post included another reminder to remove valuables, lock your vehicle, and not leave your keys in your vehicle.
