College Station police arrest a Ft. Worth man for stabbing and kidnapping a College Station woman.

CSPD arrest reports say a call was received Friday (March 29) from the father of the victim, who was concerned for his daughter’s welfare after he was not being able to contact or locate her.

While the man was packing a suitcase, the victim said she sent text messages telling family and friends to call police.

The victim told officers that the boyfriend was taking her to Mexico where she believed she would be killed.

Officers found the victim and the suspect at a College Station pharmacy, where the man was going to buy bandages for the woman’s stab wound that arrest reports say came close to an artery that more than likely would have killed the woman.

Officers found bloody scissors were found in their car and they found in her apartment, multiple blood stains on the carpet along with bloody bed linens and clothing.

The arrest reports say 21 year old Francisco Celis admitted to the stabbing and to not calling 9-1-1 because that would have led to his arrest.

Celis is jailed as of April 1 in lieu of bonds totaling $800,000 dollars on charges of aggravated kidnapping causing bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
