Sometime during Easter weekend, someone burglarized 17 units of a College Station self-storage business.
Officer Rhonda Seaton says sometime between Friday afternoon at 4 and Monday morning at 7, someone cut the locks after gaining entrance to the fenced-in SecureCare Self-Storage business on the freeway service road between Graham and Barron Roads.
Seaton says some victims have not been identified and investigators continue to collect information on what was taken.
Seaton says the crime provides a reminder to keep a list of what you have in storage, just like your home. That includes keeping an inventory list containing serial numbers and/or identifying marks and photos.
Rhonda Seaton visits with WTAW’s Bill Oliver.
