The TxDOT website devoted to the project says proposed improvements include widening the existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway, two lanes in each direction, upgrading intersections to improve traffic flow, and providing new pedestrian and bicycle facilities.
The come and go gathering is on Tuesday, December 9th, from five until seven p.m. at the Meyer center on Dartmouth.
The TxDOT website says “Attendees will be able to come and go as they please to review materials and ask questions of staff in an open house format. The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed plan and receive public comment.”
Public comments on this project can be submitted through December 29, 2025, to be included as part of the official meeting record.
