After two women tell College Station police they were held up at gunpoint, the weapon turned out to be a quart sized container of transmission fluid.

The women reported they were in the parking lot of Cedar Creek condos on University when they said a man from 40 to 50 yards away pointed a gun that was in a leather pouch or holster.

The women gave police a description and the license plate number of the man’s pickup truck.

30 minutes later, Brazos County sheriff’s deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call that the suspect was at Aggieland Humane Society causing problems.

According to the arrest report, 21 year old Marion Falco of College Station and one of the women had an argument.

Falco, who was charged with making terroristic threats, told police he intended for the women to think the black colored container was a gun.

It’s the second time in six days Falco has been arrested. On June 20th, CSPD arrested him on a obstruction or retaliation charge where the allegations are not known.

And he is awaiting trial on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession following a CSPD arrest in March 2018.

He is out of jail after posting bonds in the three cases that total $56,000 dollars.
