A College Station man in the Brazos County jail since February of 2024 admits his guilt to criminal charges in four Brazos County district court criminal cases and pleads no contest to a fifth.

Online court records show the controlling sentence for 29 year old Lester Guyton is three years for family violence assault that took place in February of 2024. Guyton pleaded no contest to an associated charge of violating a protection order, which was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Guyton also admitted to three misdemeanors…to continuous violence against family members in December 2023, to evading arrest in May 2023, and to theft in January 2024.

Online jail records show Guyton is awaiting a transfer to Lee County to face another charge of family violence assault.
