College Station Man Awaiting Four Criminal Trials Returns To Jail For The Second Time This Month

A 27 year old College Station man is in the Brazos County jail for the second time in as many weeks.

The day College Station police obtained an arrest warrant for Bradey Anderson on a charge of stealing a moped the week before last, officers were told Anderson was in a U-Haul truck at a storage complex.

According to the arrest report, the U-Haul office was in the process of filing a stolen vehicle report.

A U-Haul employee gave CSPD permission to search the truck, where officers found what appeared to be methamphetamine.

Anderson was not arrested on charges related to the U-Haul truck. But he returned to jail August 13 on charges that include the stolen moped and the meth.

According to online jail records, Anderson was arrested August 6 by Bryan police on a warrant accusing him of drug possession on May 6.

Anderson is also being held pending three trials where is accused of driving without a license and a fourth trial for misdemeanor drug possession.

He is also accused of violating probation in a fourth drivers license case and violating probation in a second misdemeanor drug case.

Anderson was still in jail Monday in lieu of bonds totaling $94,000 dollars.
