Four Bryan police officers and two sergeants respond to a disturbance on the city’s west side Sunday (December 21) at two in the morning.

A College Station man is arrested for making death threats against the sergeants, kicking one of the officers in the leg with a steel toed shoe, and pushing a second officer in the shoulder.

BPD arrest reports also say 25 year old Jose Bencomo was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and a warrant for violating probation from a drunk driving conviction.

Bencomo was jailed as of December 23 in lieu of bonds totaling $112,000 dollars.
