One of ten people accused of participating in the attempted murder of three officers working at an immigration detention facility south of Fort Worth is from College Station.

The federal court complaint says Nathan Baumann was among seven people who were found ten minutes and 300 yards from where 20 to 30 shots were fired.

One of the three officers was shot in the neck. Those who shot the officers were not specifically identified.

The complaint says before the gunfire the night of July 4th, the group is accused of shooting fireworks towards the detention center that is operated by the department of homeland security.

One or two people are accused of spraying graffiti on parked cars and a guard tower. The complaint says Baumann had spray paint in his backpack along with flyers that said “FIGHT ICE TERROR WITH CLASS WAR” and “FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS”.
