September’s regular meeting of the College Station ISD school board included reports on employee participation with the district’s education foundation and the continuing improvement in retaining administrators.

Board member Kristin Wilson reported 63 percent of CSISD employees participated with a record high amount of pledges at $216,000 dollars.

Superintendent Tim Harkrider said the preliminary retention rate of CSISD administrators is over 90 percent. That’s up from 82 percent in 2024 and 81 percent in 2023.
