A College Station police search of homes in College Station and Bryan on Monday led to the discovery of almost five pounds of marijuana, almost a half pound of psilocybin mushrooms, more than five ounces of Adderall, and one ounce of THC.

The owner of the homes and his girlfriend were arrested on multiple charges.

The owner, 23 year old Preston Todd, was on probation for selling drugs at the time of his arrest. He is being held without bond.

Todd was described in a CSPD letter to judges considering bond as having “developed such a successful drug operation that three of his four charges are first degree felonies” and Todd was on probation from a 2018 drug conviction.

The CSPD letter to judges also stated Todd “operated a stash/trap house outside from his formal primary residence, where he lived with his child, who is less than three months old, and his girlfriend. Multiple drug ledgers detailing prices for pound sales of THC concentrate and marijuana were found, along with multiple working digital scales in each residence.” Neither the CSPD arrest reports or the letter to judges indicated who has custody of Todd’s baby.

The girlfriend, 24 year old Alexandrea Fontes, is held in lieu of bonds totaling $39,000 dollars.
