City Of College Station Promotes Results Of Residents Survey Of City Services

The city of College Station releases the results of surveys completed by 418 people about their satisfaction with city services.

Communications director Colin Killian, who summarized the highlights during a visit on WTAW’s The Infomaniacs.

Results of 23 categories of services and perceptions showed College Station rated higher than the state average in 22 categories and higher than the national average in 21 categories.

A city blog post says the highest-rated services were fire (93%), trash and recycling (89%), police (86%), wastewater (86%), water (84%), library (80%), and electric (76%).
