A Bryan woman on probation for intoxication assault was pulled over by police Wednesday night for driving with no headlights.

That led to the arrest of 28 year old Virginia Ferguson for her third DWI and resisting attempts to have blood drawn at the hospital.

Ferguson was taken to jail where she was released after posting bonds totaling $14,000 dollars.

According to court records, Ferguson was convicted in April 2010 after entering a plea agreement to causing a drunk driving crash in March 2007 in College Station.

The wreck at Southwest Parkway and Dartmouth resulted in injuries to two passengers in her vehicle. Ferguson was sentenced to 10 years in prison but granted 7 years of probation, 250 hours of community, a $2,500 dollar fine, and $9,935 restitution. A condition to have an interlock device on her vehicle was removed in May, 2011.
