One of the drivers involved in a two vehicle crash in west Bryan that injured one of three children in her car and the other driver was arrested on multiple charges.

According to the Bryan police arrest report, 25 year old Aquannette Jackson of Bryan failed sobriety tests following the crash last Wednesday night at West Villa Maria and Van Hook.

There was evidence that Jackson’s child and two other children in her car…ages four, five, and seven…were not in child seats or were wearing seat belts.

One of the children had a broken leg and the other driver had a broken arm.

Jackson, who was arrested for DWI with child passengers, three counts of child endangerment, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $50,000 dollars.
