A Bryan woman returned to the Brazos County jail for the second time in nine months on charges of stealing clothing from a College Station department store.
23 year old Kaylee Robertson is awaiting trial on a charge of stealing just over $3,000 dollars of clothing and shooting a customer with pepper spray while leaving Dillard’s last November.
On Tuesday, she was arrested on a charge of stealing $102 dollars of children’s jeans from Kohl’s.
According to College Station police, Robertson was left stranded both times by the getaway driver.
Outside of Kohl’s, she tried to run away while wearing flip-flops and while pulling the jeans from her pants and throwing them.
And she is accused of trying to break free multiple times from the arresting officer.
Robertson is out of jail after posting new bonds totaling $10,000 dollars.
She is also awaiting trials on charges from a hit and run crash in November of 2017 and filing a false police report almost five years ago.
