A Bryan man is in the Brazos County jail on a Burleson County charge of online solicitation of a child and a charge from Bryan police for evading arrest. Online jail records also show 42 year old Josue Rosas-Perez is being held for immigration authorities. The BPD police arrest report says four officers joined a special investigator from Burleson County in catching Perez, who ran into a Bryan mobile home park last Saturday night before he was caught trying to enter a parked vehicle. Jail records show bond was set on the online solicitation charge at $100,000 dollars and $6,000 dollars on the evading arrest charge.
The 17th time a Bryan man is booked in the Brazos County jail in 14 years, is on domestic violence charges. 32 year old Fabian Gutierrez is accused in a Bryan police arrest report of kicking in the front door to his fiancé’s home and dragging her outside. At the time of Wednesday night’s arrest (February 11), Gutierrez was on probation for his part in the aggravated assault of a man outside a downtown Bryan bar two years ago Wednesday where the victim sustained a skull fracture and broken vertebrae. As of Friday (February 13), Gutierrez remains jailed in lieu of bonds totaling $60,000 dollars on the new charges of burglary of a habitation and family violence assault causing bodily injury.
