Bryan Police Arrests A Man For Violating A Protection Order On Three Consecutive Days

A Bryan man’s 20th trip to the Brazos County jail in 13 years is in part for violating a protection order by calling an ex-girlfriend 15 times during a nine hour period last Friday (October 10).

A Bryan police report also says the arrest of 30 year old Jacob Ochoa was the third consecutive day he violated the protection order and the fourth time overall since June 25th.

Ochoa was also arrested on charges of violating probation from convictions of continuous violence against a family member that took place in August 2020 and family violence assault that took place in May 2021.

And Ochoa was also arrested on warrants for theft and making a false statement on July 30th.

He remains in jail as of October 13th in lieu of bonds totaling $116,000 dollars.
