Three men are out of jail after posting bonds following a disturbance last weekend inside the Whataburger south of downtown Bryan.

Arrest reports from Bryan police say two of three were charged with underage possession of a gun and two were charged with attempting to conceal guns.

The arrests came after officers responded Sunday around three in the morning (July 27) to the report of 15 people fighting inside the restaurant, seeing someone flashing a gun around and hearing a gun getting loaded.

The BPD arrest reports do not say if any of the 20 to 30 people officers saw inside were injured or anyone else went to jail.

18 year old Jose Huerta Jr. of Bryan was charged with evidence tampering by concealing a gun from investigating officers and giving false statements in an attempt to hinder their investigation. Court records show Huerta is awaiting trial on a charge of reckless driving following his arrest May 10 after the truck he was driving took the Texas Avenue curve south of downtown Bryan too fast and struck a light pole and a business building.

19 year old Noah Manriquez of Bryan is charged with underage possession of a gun and evidence tampering.

18 year old Adrian Moreno of Montgomery is charged with underage possession of a gun.
