Bryan Police Arrest Second Person For Possessing Personal Identity Information

Bryan police arrest a second person for illegal possession of identify information.

A BPD arrest report says officers found 28 year old Lorne Martinez of Hearne by monitoring phone calls from the Brazos County jail made by the first person, 25 year old Dianne Hutson of Trinity (TX), who was arrested on charges for possessing identify information belonging to more than 4,000 people.

Martinez told an officer that he stole information belonging to 50 people that included names, dates of birth, social security numbers, and bank cards.

As of July 17, Martinez remains jailed on that charge as well as three counts of possessing a controlled substance and evading arrest. Bonds on all charges totals $113,000 dollars.

As of July 17, Hutson remains jailed in lieu of bonds totaling $77,000 dollars.
