UPDATE: Bryan PD Announce Arrest in May 16 C-Store Armed Robbery

Update June 11 2015:

Bryan police announced the arrest of a 16 year old young man following a search warrant that was executed June 5 at a home on Crystal Brook.

Original story May 17 2015:

A west Bryan convenience store was held up Saturday night.

Police say no one was hurt and an undisclosed amount of money was taken from the Chevron at Harvey Mitchell Parkway and Leonard Road.

A Hispanic male entered the convenience store, displayed a firearm and demanded money.

The suspect is described as 20-25 years of age, average height and weight, and wearing a light colored hoodie and dark pants.

It’s the second time in three months there’s been an armed robbery in that area, following a holdup March 11 across the street at Tigerland Shell.
