A Bryan man is arrested for the fourth time since posting bond on a murder charge from nearly five years ago.

It’s the third time 24 year old Zaquarius Glover has been arrested for driving without a valid license with prior convictions.

According to the Bryan police arrest report, Glover almost struck a vehicle as he was weaving his motorcycle in and out of traffic on Highway 21.

Glover is out of jail after posting bond from that arrest, two more invalid license arrests from January 2021 and October 2019, and misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury in November 2017.

Those arrests were after Glover was released on bond following his arrest for participating in the April 2016 armed robbery and shooting death of Luis Ibarra.

For the third time, a trial date has been set on the murder and aggravated robbery charges. According to online court records, the jury trial is supposed to start in July.
