A Bryan man has died from injuries in a crash early Thursday morning in College Station.
31 year old Harold Moore was the driver of a car that was rear-ended by an accused drunk driver.
The other driver, 22 year old Nicholas Wuthrich of Bryan, is out of jail after posting a $30,000 dollar bond following his arrest on a charge of intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury.
According to the CSPD arrest report, Wuthrich was driving a pickup at about 2:30 Thursday morning when he rear-ended a car on Harvey Mitchell Parkway south of F&B Road.
Wuthrich was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.
There were no passengers in either vehicle.

Northbound lanes of Harvey Mitchell Parkway, north of F&B road, are closed following an accident that happened around 2:30 a.m.
According to a College Station police news release, two vehicles were involved. One driver suffered life-threatening injuries.
The other driver, 22 year-old Nicholas Wuthrich of Houston, was arrested for intoxication assault.
The road remains closed as CSPD continues to investigate the accident.

On 8/22/19, at around 2:30 AM, officers with the College Station Police Department responded to the 200 block of Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, for a reported major accident. There they found two vehicles were involved in the accident in the northbound lanes of Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, which involved an intoxicated driver.
One of the drivers suffered incapacitating injuries as a result of the accident, and after an investigation, the other driver was arrested for Intoxication Assault. At the time of this release, the northbound lanes of Harvey Mitchell Pkwy are closed north of F&B Rd while the investigation and reconstruction of this accident occurs. This closure is expected to last for some time, and motorists are advised to use caution and avoid the area if at all possible.
