A Bryan man with upcoming appearances in two Brazos County criminal court cases is out of jail for the eighth time in less than four years after posting bond on 26 charges.

27 year old Bradey Anderson is accused of possessing 22 items of drug paraphernalia. That follows a traffic stop in Bryan for pulling a trailer at night without working tail lights.

According to the Bryan police arrest report, officers found 17 syringes among the items associated with illegal drug use, along with methamphetamine.

Anderson was also arrested for driving without a valid license with a prior conviction.

On all drug paraphernalia charges, Anderson was released on his promise to make court appearances.

On the remaining charges, Anderson was released after posting $14,000 dollars in surety bonds.

At the time of this arrest, Anderson was awaiting a court appearance on a motion to revoke community service after pleading guilty last August to driving without a license and causing an accident involving property damage. And he is awaiting trial on another charge of driving without a license that took place on New Year’s Eve.
