A Bryan man with four prior drunk driving convictions was arrested Wednesday night for another DWI.
According to the Brazos County sheriff’s office arrest report, the driver passed a deputy without dimming his headlights.
After the deputy turned around and started following the SUV, the vehicle did not stay in his lane.
51 year old Filberto Alvarado-Gomez was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.
According to online records, he was ordered to serve 30 day sentences for drunk driving in January 2017, December 2019, and January 2020.
Online court records also show a fourth conviction for drunk driving that took place last year.
