College Station police has made an arrest in the weekend shooting of four people.
CSPD social media states that 21 year old Tayshon Franklin Jones of Bryan was taken into custody without incident at the Brazos County courthouse.
Jones is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct.
CSPD previously reported officers heard what they described as “a volley of gunshots” early Saturday morning.
The victims were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
CSPD credits getting videos from bystanders who saw the gunfire in the parking lot at Texas and Southwest Parkway where the Knight Club is located.
CSPD is interested in getting all available videos and photos, which can be uploaded through a Q-R code that is on their Facebook page.
Online court records show Jones was scheduled to be in district court Monday (October 23) for a pre-trial hearing related to his part in a pistol whipping of a man in College Station in August of 2022.
