Bryan High School Has A New Football Head Coach

A special homecoming is underway for Bryan High School, as the Bryan Independent School District has announced the hiring of Blake Joseph as the new Bryan High School head football coach and campus athletic coordinator.

Joseph is a 2005 Bryan High School graduate and former Vikings student-athlete. He earned First Team All-District and First Team All-Brazos Valley honors as the team’s quarterback.

Following his high school career, Joseph continued playing at the collegiate level at the University of Houston and Sam Houston State.

After his playing days, Joseph transitioned into coaching. He returns to Bryan from Denton Guyer High School, where he served as the offensive coordinator. Joseph also served as the head football coach at Magnolia West High School for three years before moving into the college ranks as the quarterbacks coach at the University of North Texas.

Joseph has also coached at Caldwell High School and Temple High School.
