A deputy Bryan city marshal waits 30 minutes for a woman to come out of the restroom outside municipal court in an attempt to serve a warrant for allowing an unlicensed person to drive.

The deputy marshal’s arrest report said when 29 year old Claudia Zavala left the restroom, she also left the building.

She was caught and handcuffed. But it took multiple officers to place her in a patrol vehicle. That led to an additional charge of resisting arrest.

Zavala, who was booked for the eighth time since July of 2017, is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $4,331 dollars.
