One of the subjects on tonight’s agenda for the Bryan City Council: Medians.
They’ll vote on whether or not to adopt an ordinance ordering a Special Charter Amendment Election to be held jointly with Brazos County on November 3, 2026.
The proposed ordinance reads: “the medians on Texas Avenue, Bryan, TX shall be removed from the intersection of Texas Avenue and Rosemary Drive to approximately 600 feet south of the intersection of Texas Avenue and State Highway 21. This Charter Amendment was requested by a petition of the active voters of the City of Bryan as presented to the City Secretary and certified by the City Secretary.”
The meeting starts at 5:30pm at Bryan City Hall.
