Bryan City Council Expands Its Business Beautification Corridor Program

More owners of business property in Bryan now qualify to participate in the city’s corridor beautification partnership.

The Bryan city council at its November 18th meeting approved without discussion, expanding the program along Villa Maria and Briarcrest between Texas and East 29th.

This the third expansion of the eight year old program where the city reimburses property owners 50 percent of the cost of qualifying improvements that includes new signage, facade upgrades, and landscaping.
