A man was arrested for criminal trespass and resisting arrest after refusing to leave a College Station McDonald’s. CSPD responded to the McDonald’s at 2420 Texas Avenue South just after noon on Tuesday after employees say 25-year-old Montarius Travonn Love tried to enter the kitchen area. Love reportedly became agitated while waiting for his food and pushed an employee who tried to stop him. When he was asked to leave, Love hid in the women’s restroom. Officers say he kicked and pulled away as they tried to take him into custody. Love was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and resisting arrest. He was released on $9,000 bond. Two women were arrested after a trip to the West Bryan Walmart on Monday. Bryan Police responded to the Walmart located at 643 North Harvey Mitchell Parkway after store security reported that the women were trespassing. Reports say 39-year-old Whitney Annis Arellano and 43-year-old Valerie Lynn Gregory were inside the store despite having active criminal trespass warnings. Arellano was also accused stealing a pair of headphones and a mini torch lighter. The combined value of those items was approximately $24.00, but because of a lengthy criminal history including 16 previous bookings into the Brazos County Jail, she was charged with Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions. She was also booked on criminal trespass and outstanding warrants, and is being held on $73,000 bond. Gregory was booked into the Brazos County Jail for her 23rd time for criminal trespass and outstanding warrants. She remains jailed on $3,000 bond.
