Three local men and the Brazos County district attorney’s office reach a plea agreement in an armed robbery case that took place in August of last year.

18 year old Cody Briscoe of Bryan admitted to firing a gun at the victim of a car burglary. The victim was not struck. Briscoe, who also admitted to being a member of two street gangs, was sentenced to 35 years.

Two co-defendants who pleaded guilty were sentenced to 15 years…20 year old Jamal Zeno of College Station and 19 year old Jatarious Ginn of Bryan.

The DA’s office and Ginn packaged a plea agreement with an armed robbery from July of last year. Ginn admitted using a gun he was going to sell to someone he knew to rob him. According to state law, another 15 year sentence will be served at the same time.
