Bowlsby to Step Down as Big 12 Commissioner

Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby has announced he’s stepping down.

Bowlsby has spent the last 10 years as commissioner of the league, and will remain in office until a replacement is found.

The Big 12 is facing an imminent realignment, with Texas and Oklahoma bolting for the SEC and BYU, UCF, Cincinnati and Houston slated to become new members no later than 2024-25.
