One of two Bryan men accused of a murder in June of last year in Bryan’s Castle Heights neighborhood has returned to jail.

That’s after a judge revoked bonds totaling $225,000 dollars.

The motion from the Brazos County district attorney’s office stated 25 year old Demetrius Thomas Jr. did not report to his supervising officer since he was released from jail last December and did not wear a GPS device for three months.

Thomas, who is now held without bond, and 25 year old Ayrian Brown of Bryan…who has remained in jail since his arrest…are awaiting trial in the shooting death of Derrick Smith.
