A man was arrested for criminal trespass and resisting arrest after refusing to leave a College Station McDonald’s. CSPD responded to the McDonald’s at 2420 Texas Avenue South just after noon on Tuesday after employees say 25-year-old Montarius Travonn Love tried to enter the kitchen area. Love reportedly became agitated while waiting for his food and pushed an employee who tried to stop him. When he was asked to leave, Love hid in the women’s restroom. Officers say he kicked and pulled away as they tried to take him into custody. Love was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and resisting arrest. He was released on $9,000 bond.
