Bicyclist Arrested After Leading College Station And Bryan Police On An “Adventurous” Chase

A Bryan man on a bicycle led College Station and Bryan police on a chase Wednesday afternoon (June 26).

A link to a College Station police video that is posted at wtaw dot com describes “an adventurous pursuit” as the bicyclist crossed over the medians of Texas Avenue, then dumped his bicycle before he was caught.

37 year old Ennis Steels IV remains jailed on new charges of evading arrest with multiple convictions and possession of a controlled substance.

Steels was wanted on warrants from seven cases…three for theft with multiple prior convictions, three for evading arrest with prior convictions, and one for assault causing bodily injury.

Bonds on all charges totals $160,000 dollars.
