B/CS Holds Dialog and Friendship Dinner

The Bryan/College Station branch of The Institute of Interfaith Dialog held its ninth annual Dialog and Friendship Dinner Tuesday night.

The primary goal of the non-profit organization, according its website, “is to help bring together the communities in order to promote compassion, cooperation, partnership and community service through interfaith dialog and conversation.”

The program includes the presentation of three Friendship Awards. Penny Zent of KAMU Radio was given the Media Services award, Kip Gilts of A&M United Methodist Church was given the Peace award, and Texas A&M women’s basketball head coach Gary Blair was given the Leadership award.
