A Bryan man was threatened during an attempted robbery in the 400 block of Milwaukee Street Tuesday.
The victim said he was at a friends house at 12:30 a.m. when a group of men came up to his car.
He said one of the would-be robbers brandished a gun and demanded the keys.
The victim refused and was struck several times before the group fled on foot.
He described the group of three or four men as young adult or juvenile black males, and one was approximately six-foot tall wearing a red, hooded sweatshirt.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
