Astros Roll Past A’s in Home Opener

The Houston Astros welcomed fans back to Minute Maid Park with a bang Thursday night, rolling past the Oakland A’s, 6-2.

Carlos Correa, Yordan Alvarez and Jose Altuve all went deep for the Stros, who played in front of a home crowd for the first time since the 2019 World Series.

All-in-all, nearly 22,000 fans were in attendance.
