A College Station man spent two days in jail last week before he was released on bond following his arrest for making a bomb threat at the business where his ex-wife worked. According to the College Station police arrest report, 41 year old John DeLoach is accused of calling the TJ Maxx store looking for his ex, then calling back four minutes later to make the threat. Five CSPD patrol units were part of the emergency response to the threat that was made February second.
A Grimes County man arrested three times in the last ten months for parole violation returns to the Brazos County jail for the 26th time in 29 years. 47 year old Michael Wayne Henry of Bedias is accused in the arrest report from the Brazos County sheriff’s office of kicking in the front door of a home northeast of Bryan in the Vista Oaks subdivision while the residents were inside. That’s after Henry tried to pry the rear door open with a screwdriver. Henry, who ran away after seeing the residents, was caught in a heavily wooded area by a DPS trooper who was assisted by a neighbor. Henry is held on bonds totaling $10,000 dollars.
